 The new year is full of resolutions to make positive changes in your life.  This year I have combined all the health related information that I heard and investigated recently.  I decided since I do not have any pressing ailments to do daily applications of each, to prevent the cancers or problems the individuals were treating


Monday - 1 cup of SoursopTea - Rich in antioxidants and bioactive compounds, may support immunity, reduce inflammation, promote relaxation, and aid digestion. It’s traditionally used for pain relief and heart health but should be consumed moderately.

Tuesday - 1 teaspoon of Black Seed Oil - Derived from Nigella sativa, is known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties. It may support skin health, improve digestion, regulate blood sugar, and alleviate allergies. Always use it in moderation

Wednesday - 5 pumps ZeoliteSpray - Valued for its detoxifying properties, helping remove heavy metals and toxins from the body. It may support immune function, improve skin health, and boost energy. Use as directed

Thursday - 2 Multi-vitamins (Trader Joe's is my favorite) - A daily multivitamin supports overall health by filling nutritional gaps, boosting immunity, enhancing energy, and promoting skin, hair, and bone health. It ensures key vitamins and minerals are met but should complement, not replace, a balanced diet.

Friday - 15-minute workoutwith light weights boosts strength, tones muscles, and improves metabolism. It enhances circulation, supports joint health, and promotes mental clarity. Perfect for busy schedules, it’s an efficient way to maintain fitness and overall well-being daily.

 


Saturday - 1 teaspoon Unlease'd Organic Wheatgrass Powder - Wheatgrass is a nutrient powerhouse rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, and antioxidants. It supports detoxification, boosts energy, improves digestion, and promotes healthy skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties may enhance immunity. Sunday - juice of one Lime / 1 Tablespoon Olive oil drink

I saw a video that I can't locate now that said a holistic professional treated gallstones or kidney stones (I can't remember which one) with a lemon/ olive oil mixture.  I consume limes not lemons.  I take this, every week to prevent stones.  The video also mentioned to drink 1 cup of apple cider the day before. I sometimes eat a whole apple.

 

Throughout the week I do affirmations daily, to keep me spiritually and mentally healthy.  Favorite Holy Bible verses are Psalm 23 and The Lord's Prayer Matthew 6:9-13.

The best thing about doing something every day is to keep you focused on your health and make wellness a lifestyle.  A Pro Wellness Lifestyle!
